Warning! My Personality May Be More Than You Bargained For

I got the "You look so innocent" twice in just last week when I met new and different people at a training centre. It wasn't surprising to me, I've always got such a statement from people who I meet for the first time but somehow after a while for those who keep seeing me, they start adding more sentences to the "You look so innocent" lol.

I may be a perfect example of the "Don't judge a book by it's cover" but I am also a good example of "Judge a book by it's cover", how? Even I am still figuring out myself to understand how it is like that and still be the sweet person people say I am. Okay, maybe I'm hyping myself here but nobody would do it better than I would hehe.

If I met a new person today? The person will totally love me and they will love me for many reasons. Mind you! From afar before we meet, they might actually think I'm beautiful and don't look welcoming but when they come closer to say Hi, they get the biggest smile they may had never seen before. I'm easy to make give a smile.

The most recent first encounter I had with a person that the connection is still ongoing was from last two weeks. The two were having a talk behind where I was without even staring my way but immediately I smiled at a joke from them, they warmed up to me and we've become friends since then. You can say I have a cute personality.

I look innocent and love to smile, I'm also a very easy going person but then, it's a warning to anyone who think that's all there is to who I am. I remember a time someone blurted it out after holding back for long that I am just so different from what he thought I was. What he meant was, I can be excessive which is both fun and tiring.

I've not had much issues with people regarding my personality except that I smile and play too much, I don't get serious when they want me to and I can be very stubborn on what I set my mind on which sometimes can be tiring for those around me if they really want me to give it up. Of course, these can't be seen on a first encounter.

So in simple words, if anyone meets me for the first time, they are bound to find me easy and want to know me. Do I need to change anything about my personality to draw people closer to myself, I bet you'd say there's no need of that and I think so too. I believe I'm perfectly imperfect as a human with the kind of personality I have.

If I must work on anything about my personality, it is becoming excessive as a few has pointed out. But for the fact that it is a complain I got from only a few, I've been feeling it was just them and not me. I know more people who are surprised by it but still love it that way and remain close. I think I'll just be myself, changing nothing.
