One thing I spend so much time doing that I know is not good for my health is always being on my phone , yeah every minute I want to be with my phone which is bad for my eyesight of course and I'm on medication due to my eyes and still I refuse to listen.

I basically don't have one thing I'm doing on my phone presently because my school has been on vacation to resume tomorrow 😁 . I'm having this happy - sad feeling, happy that I get to see my friends again as if I have friends, sad because it is a fresh start into suffering as they say, back to my phone.

During the period school is in session I don't really use my phone compared to the holidays but it's still alarming how I use my phone, it's either I'm on social media which basically has tiktok as the pioneer before others or I'm playing games on my phone with the condition my eyes are in presently, presently I have up to twelve games on my phone and still counting, i froze some and let the others just be around.

ways to stop this

I don't really know how to during the holidays cause I am free very free, but during school sessions yeah there's always a way it's either I switch my phone off or just act like I forgot my phone at home and go to class to read or do some other things, sometimes even when I'm at home I put my phone on airplane mode, start playing music and then read😁 don't mind me I feel relaxed when I read while listening to music.

NB : it's really bad that even if my phone is 1% I still Carry it along to wherever I'm going and then look for where to charge it whereas there's electricity where I'm coming from and I know for sure that there will still be power by the time I come back.
