I was always struggling with authorities... I worked only twice "for a boss", and it was early, while I was studying... A lot of times, I had talks with some of my friends who worked in big corporations, and they would always tell me how my experience was negative and that's the reason for my "authorities issue"...
I would say that you got a good deal... In the end, a lot of times, "title" is only just a title... :) Congrats!
