Hello. Hope everyone in the Weekend Experiences community had a good day. I have a question for you today.ā
Which would you pick if you wanted to make a tasty summer treat: fruits or vegetables? Fruit will be my first choice because I can never eat vegetables that aren't fully cooked. Therefore, I am unable to consume a salad, a burger, or many other dishes without the inclusion of veggies. Believe me, I've tried, but I still find it difficult to eat. If there is even the slightest bit of raw vegetable in my mouth, I will discover it right away.
People frequently tell me to eat extra veggies to augment my diet's fiber intake if I want to have good skin. I tried, but I was unable to succeed. I substitute tubers or fruits as the missing ingredients instead.
I enjoy fruit, but I am unable to consume all varieties. Do you understand durian? Durian is regarded as the king of fruits in my nation, but I can't smell it, thus I can't eat it. Strawberries, avocados, mangoes, and many more are among my favorite foods.
To reward myself on sweltering summer days, I enjoy making strawberry yogurt at home in the summer. Alternatively, you can turn avocados into ice cream and keep them chilled to enjoy later.
Everyone will have thoughts after reading this far, I believe. How come I can't eat vegetables? Or consuming vegetables is really beneficial, so I should practice eating well for my health? These facts are known to me, and I am also aware of the negative consequences avoiding veggies will have on my body. I also occasionally face consequences for not eating enough vegetables. When I go out to eat, I usually let the staff know in advance that I don't want veggies in my meal, but occasionally I still get a meal with a lot of vegetables since the staff might not have told the chef or the restaurant might be overly busy. I find it annoying at times.
But what can I do if I can't bear how raw vegetables taste in my tongue when I chew them? Have you ever had an allergy? I believed I had an allergy to raw vegetables because I couldn't eat them. š
Incorporating fruits and vegetables into your diet is crucial for your body, therefore if you have kids, start doing it early to avoid introducing vegetables to your unborn child later on. The fact that I'm not eating veggies has obviously had a significant effect on me right now, but obviously it won't be beneficial in the long run.
Avoid making the same mistakes I did and eat sensibly to ensure you are getting all the nutrients your body needs. š
