It is always important to live a healthy life as we only live once. Living with my parents and grandparents, I learned some experiences of how to live a healthy and happy life. A saying goes that health is wealth.
In order to live a healthy life, these are the tips.
*The first and important tip for healthiness is eating a balanced and plant-based diet like fruits, vegetables and others. This diet helps in the support of weight loss, balanced blood sugar, reduces the risk of certain cancers and lots more, keeping the body fit and free from unnecessary illness, especially for aged people.
*It is also important for aged people to avoid stressful activities, but rather engaged in exercises,often rest and do things that keep them happy.

We can live a happy life if we learn to accept things the way they are. This helps in living a peaceful life, giving not just a healthy life but a happy one.
*The last is to quit smoking. Smoking shortens life span, most aged people go into smoking and take drugs. If aged people who are engaged in smoking can quit smoking (which can be difficult), they can be free from certain long-term problems like cancer and COPD and life expectancy can be increased.
These are some important tips to live healthily and happily. Always remember it is important to do things that give us satisfaction and happiness, as it is never too late to search for happiness and enjoy our lives on earth to the fullest.
