Today I decided to do something different from my Sunday morning: just go for a walk. Sunday is my favorite day of the week. This one is almost ending as it usually ends: watching a movie with my beloved, my cat Miñe stands as close to me as she can and lets me kiss her once or twice 😻, then we all have a piece of bread for dinner, have some juice and go to sleep.
We arrive from the street at about 12 noon. Straight to freshen up and have lunch. But first...
I walked as slowly as I could just to be able to observe as best as possible whatever caught my attention. I could see a little boy running to carry this chick, not many days old, and hold it for a moment, giving me time to take the picture. He looks so relaxed in those little hands, doesn't he? 😍
Capture this little garden flower that some people consider it just a weed because it is not a bigger name flower and it grows everywhere. To me it looks so beautiful with the purple and yellow center. I wouldn't dare wear such a combination on my clothes, I wouldn't look as beautiful as she does.
I noticed a little house made of mud. Where I live they are very common. People make them with their own hands, first assembling them with bamboo or some sturdy wooden sticks, then they fill them with soda or beer cans and put a mixture of mud, sand and water in them. They say that when it is hot the house is cool and when it is cold it is warm.
Particularly the street where I was today has always seemed beautiful to me. In the background are some huts for tourists. I see it as one of those streets that if you keep walking will surely show you a great end, you know? But I left the end for another day 😄
I could see several flowers. Some small and yellow, that look like a carpet and others bigger and red, that are on a bush that looks like a wall.
I also walked past the front of an orchid nursery. They don't have it open to the public, so I could only photograph from the fence. I loved this white one with the fuchsia center. A beauty 🤩 I only regret that the intense heat is affecting the rest of its companions.
And so I get to the beginning of this morning, where I woke up around 7 am thinking "I'll just walk today." And it's been a great day 💜
