Hello all Hive friends, once again I am here to share one of my experiences, this time I will share a trip I made to the city of Cali Colombia, to visit my family and learn a little more of such an amazing, diverse, warm and fun city, this city has a great gastronomy, great roads and most importantly has very friendly people, hardworking and partying at the same time. As for its roads Cali has developed in recent years exponentially, large residential complexes of houses, shopping malls and other buildings, as well as tourist sites to visit both in the city and on the outskirts of it.
But in this case I want to share with you one of my night outings in such a fun and picturesque city. That weekend, on Saturday my cousin and his wife, early in the morning told me to get ready and get ready for the night, we were going to go to a place in the city, which has its own life, I did not really understand what he meant but as I know my cousin's tastes in which he trusted, I answered him excitedly that I wanted to go and that I would get ready, At 6 pm I arrived at my cousin's house, ready and prepared for the party and the adventure, I waited a few minutes for my cousin, his wife, and other family members to be ready and then take a couple of cabs and make our way to our destination.
The place we were going to is called "las tascas de Cali" are in the central area of the city, retreta park next to the CAM and Paseo Bolivar, where there is great commercial, governmental and cultural movement, since we were all on the site after 7 pm, We decided to take a walk around the surroundings of the tascas, we found a park adorned with lights which is located between the old and not old buildings adjacent to them, I saw a cathedral that caught my attention for its architecture, I could see a large number of visitors on the site enjoying the atmosphere.
Also caught my attention a mural of the salsa singer Hector Lavoe in front of the mural was a bar with salsa music, which infected everyone who was walking through the site and began to dance, I went to one of the bars for a few beers as the atmosphere demanded it.
Then I made my way to the tascas, our final destination, on the way I wanted to take a picture with a great work of art that is in front of the CAM building in Cali, a large-scale trumpet which was built in honor of a salsa king musician of the city of Cali.
After buying the ticket for the tascas, we entered the place, I found a lot of people enjoying the atmosphere and live music, there were at least 4 stages arranged throughout the site, with excellent music, from reggaeton to salsa music, I sat at a table with my family, we ordered some beer and continued enjoying the night and the site at the end of the night I understood why the site had its own life after having known its surroundings and "the tascas of Cali" itself. I hope you liked my outing and the photos I was able to capture, see you in a next night out friends.
