Happy weekend to all of you, how was your weekend? Was it fun? I hope it was fun. I will tell you a little about my activities this weekend.
This weekend I actually didn't want to go anywhere, so from morning to noon I just slept and watched movies in my room. But my brother asked me to buy food or snacks in the afternoon, and because I also needed snacks to accompany me while watching, I said yes to my brother's invitation. Every afternoon to evening, in the area around my house there are many people selling on the side of the road. There are quite a lot of choices that we can buy, there are food, drinks, and snacks, with sweet or spicy choices.
When I came there and looked around, I immediately wanted to buy sweet food or dessert, namely this seller sells mochi. I have bought mochi from this seller several times, but this time they have a new menu, namely fruit sandwiches and mille crepe cake. Looks interesting to buy and try. and when I asked how much it cost, it turned out to be very cheap, so I bought 2 fruit sandwiches and one piece of mille crepe cake.
Actually, I bought food from several sellers, I also bought coffee, but I couldn't take pictures of it because it was crowded and didn't look good for taking pictures, so I only took pictures of the food and drinks that I had bought when I got home.
I bought some food, first let's discuss the fruit sandwich and mille crepe cake first. Both of these foods taste good, I like the taste of the cream, it feels good and soft, with the right sweetness. The strawberries are quite sour, but eaten together with the bread and cream, it makes it delicious. As for the mille crepe cake, it also has a delicious taste, the cream has the same taste as the cream in the fruit sandwich, but the cake layer has a texture that is not too soft, and a little chewy, so the taste of the layer with the cream is a little unmatched, but this can be said to be delicious, especially with the cheap price, this is good.
Then, I also bought Tahu Walik, this is tofu filled with meatballs, then doused with spicy sauce and mayonnaise. One portion contains 5 pieces of tahu walik, for the taste of this snack is delicious but not special, the taste can be felt at other tahu walik sellers, but the difference is that tahu walik this time has a more expensive price than the one I usually buy.
Then I also bought curly potatoes, these are quite thick and circular French fries with additional sauce on top. There are several choices of sauces to choose from and I chose the Balado sprinkle sauce, the potatoes are stirred with Balado powder seasoning and mayonnaise is added on top. And the taste of these potatoes is delicious and crispy, actually I thought the potatoes would not be crispy, but when I tried it, it turned out to have a crispy texture and the taste of the sauce was delicious. I will buy it again later, this is what I like the most from my snacks today.
And finally for today's snack, I bought a cup of coffee, palm sugar milk coffee. I bought coffee at a coffee cart, I have discussed this coffee cart on my blog, please read it. Because the taste of this coffee is delicious that's why I bought it again, but I didn't order the coffee with ice, because I didn't want to drink the coffee straight away so I decided to prepare this coffee at home.
