Although people come and go, a family that remains together will always be happier.
Last Sunday, one of my aunts from my father's side invited us to one of the famous destinations here in our town, commonly called the "New Zealand of Zambales." That was not the first time I went there, but it was my first together with my family.
I'm initially apprehensive about going because of the distance we must travel. However, my cousins urged, not because of the location's beauty but because it will be the first time we meet again in many years, so I'm happy to join them somehow.
I get delighted since this is one of our finest days while traveling. We are close to completion, after all. Indeed, the connection and the occasion will excite me.
We are taken surprised by the beauty we encounter along the journey, especially the towering green pine trees that give the impression that we are in another country.
When we arrive, we are stunned by the beauty of the paradise, which seems to envelop us from the inside out. The location is ideal because of the surrounding, and the stunning lake adds to its allure.
Then, having previously located the ideal location for us, we set up the tent and the mat so that we could sit down and cook our meals. Because there are so many trees everywhere, we also have our hammock, which is helpful.
Because there is no electricity or internet, you can observe the surroundings. We also have a lot of time to eat, talk, and enjoy ourselves with one another.
It makes me very glad when older adults share their experiences with us because it helps us learn valuable lessons for the future. I am proud of my parents, aunts, and uncles for enduring all the difficulties that have increased their importance in today's society.
I also like listening to the teenagers' opinions and ideas about life since it allows them to express their challenges, concerns, and experiences with others rather than keeping them to themselves.
I loved seeing everyone around me laughing because it seemed like everyone was overjoyed to be back together. Despite our busy days and others' are living far from us, we are united again and happy.
The opportunity to spend time with someone you love is one of life's few blessings. When we get older, the only things that are left are the memories and experiences we can reproduce. These are priceless pieces of our lives that we generate as memories. It's enjoyable to continue to consider them.
The pursuit of true happiness requires time spent with the people you cherish. The more you practice, the happy you'll be.
Family time is never a luxury, but always a necessity.
Spending time with your family can be advantageous in so many aspects, so try to spend it more with them.
I am beyond grateful for Weekends because it gives us numerous opportunities to spend time with our families and loved ones.
