Today my friends and I went to the rocks to swim in the sea and have a great afternoon outdoors.
The place we visited was Cape Akin, situated at the northern tip of the Accra Peninsula. It is very close to the Bulgarian town of Chernomorets, which at this time of the year is at the height of the tourist season. But the place is steep and the road to get there difficult, which makes it rarely visited and at the same time peaceful and pleasant.
In this place, there are incredibly beautiful rocks from which wonderful views are revealed.
We had a great walk on the rocks admiring their structure and shapes.
We went up and down the rocks, we poked our way into the crevices that had formed.
Algae in deep green colors contrasted charmingly among the rocks
We swam in the sea. We tried to take underwater photos, but the water was very murky and we didn't have much success.
@nanast was happy to collect rapani and clams.
We lit a mini fire on which we boiled mussels in empty jugs.
@fog043 is happy to try some of the mussels he has prepared in combination with beer.
On the rocks the Sea Lavender had started to bloom and was so nice to have around us. Such a soft charm in a blue mauve color.
Chappie was also here - our friends' dog - cute cocker spaniel, who loves to swim in the sea.
Our afternoon was really wonderful and fun and the weather and the sea more than pleasant.
Thank you for stopping by!
