Assalamaleikum, I greet everyone with peace and harmony. I am happy to share this post on the hive blockchain. Today marks the end of Ramadan, and Muslims, especially in Ghana, are to observe Eid Fitr. I am using this medium to extend my special greetings to all Muslims across the globe.
Every day has its story, and I am happy to be here again to share my weekend diary with you. Today is Sallah Day. The day seems to be long, but it is short. I always see this day ending easily because I enjoyed it with my family and friends. But unfortunate for me, this season I am not at home; I am on campus.
I have to celebrate it with my campus friends and family. Since I knew I would be going to the Eid grounds, I woke up early and took my bath. I have always woken up early during the Ramadan period, but I hope it will be part of me.
I took a tricycle from my hostel to the Eid Ground. I arrived, and few were present. I waited until the time they prayed their Eid reached. I know at my place we pray early, but since I am on campus, I waited till 9 a.m. to observe Eid.
After the Eid prayers, I had many chats with my friends, and we took pictures together. I love the day, and I hope to live long enough to see many of these events.
