This one is easy. Pizza. So cheezy and veggie and filling and different and meaty and spicy and sweet and all the things food should be!
The second choice would be Indian food for me. Actually for the same reasons I listed for pizza except for the cheezy.
Ah Sunday
Do you ever have a Sunday where you have like 1 thing on the agenda besides an hour languishing in the dog park? This was my Sunday! Enough time for a country drive in the cool late summer past the corn stalks.
Speaking of Sunday drives, I came a cross this beauty in my travels. A Late 60s Firebird custom that is about as fine a specimen as you will see.
My regular Sunday agenda item is usually because of this guy. A trip to the dog park is the highlight for my little dood as he runs free for over an hour, scouring the bushes for rodents, and wrestling with the medium dogs who like to run.
As he runs around, I get to soak in the perfection. A clear blue sky. The ability to escape for a while and just sit in a field on a park bench. Warm enough to be comfortable and cool enough not to be baking in the sun. Extra time hanging out here is a blessing and a moment I will remember when I am here in the middle of winter freezing my balls off.
The BEER!
My other agenda item was a trip to a small town to the east to visit the fair. We entered our Amber beer into the homebrew contest and were lucky enough to pull First Prize! Next stop, a big city brewing competition as befit the Blockchain Beerologist!
This evening, I can say I am currently enjoying a First Prize Beer!
I think Sundays should be a time to finish what you may have not gotten to in the week. If you did well enough during the week, it will give you more time to pause and take a closer look at the small wonders that surround us.
