Don't worry, I'm not gonna be talking to this one.

Oh how I just love Sundays! They are, in my opinion, the best day of the week. I say so because of the calmness, serenity, and dare I say spirituality that this glorious day brings. And whosoever thinks other wise can go eat a pile of dog shit biscuit.

I'm not kidding :)

Anyway, my goal is not to stay here and blab on and on to you about the many glorious, wonderful things the Sunday brings. Nah... Instead I'll just show you...

It all started at 2:00pm in the afternoon (my internal clock's morning) when I woke up from bed.
And so firstly, I cleaned out my room, then got cleaned up myself, before putting on a comfortable sweatshirt as I headed downstairs for a morning (afternoon) cup of coffee and some good old fashioned Sunday breakfast.

Awesome Breakfast cake huh? Yeah I know. I actually made it last night in hopes of today's Sunday's Bf

Breakfast was quite good but it was about to get even better when I heard my doorbell ring. A bit startled and curious as to whom may have been at the door, I carefully walked towards the living room and peaked into the peephole. And no I wasn't being overly paranoid, it's just that I wasn't expecting any visitor today that's why. Anyway, upon opening the door I saw that it was a delivery person holding quite a big package and in a polite tone, the gentleman at the door spoke:

Good afternoon sir! I have a package for you from a.... Abigail.

Very delighted to hear this statement, I cheerfully signed the package and then immediately he left, I opened the box.
Oh, you wouldn't believe what I saw in there- It was a huge Teddy bear!
Yup, the same one you previously saw in the first picture of this post.

Turns out that the Teddy was actually sent by a good friend and also a German A1 classmate of mine - Abigail. Excited and overjoyed by this pleasant surprise, I called Abby and thanked her from the bottom of my heart for her thoughtful gift.

And so, that was how this Sunday Schmunday began - with a wholesome surprise and the rest that followed really were just normal Schmunday activities.

Gaze upon my god like pasta! For there is none other as heavenly as it...

Anywho, later that afternoon I made some lunch but seeing as how it was already 5:30pm, I guess you can just call it Dinner? Or Dunch? I don't know. Regardless, IT WAS GOOD PASTA.

Ahhh... you know I absolutely hate it when people think I'm just your average untrained male whom isn't familiar with the culinary delights of the kitchen. In others words, I hate it when people make derogatory statements like:

Pff... You're just a fucking Mama's boy, you can't cook anything!

Yup I despise statements like that. Hence, the reason for me making dishes like that awesome pasta you saw there just so I can prove to those people( and that's including you mom) that I am infact, a great cook!

Hell ya! Suck on my pasta strands!

Anywho, the last on my list of these Sunday Schmunday activities was actually a completely impromptu outing, I was no were at all planning on attending.

You see there I was on my bed completely satisfied with my pasta and with how the whole day had been going so far; there I was contemplating on why exactly I things have been going rather smoothly; And there I was slightly fearing that perhaps, just perhaps, I might be using my using all of my one week good luck charm in a span of one not so common Sunday.

Certainly, all these thoughts and feelings overwhelmed me but soon they would all flea when I would go on to get a call from my buddy Mark yelling me to come over quickly for a little celebration.

Honestly, I was going to reject Mark's invitation at first but it wasn't untill he mentioned that there would be Steak had I then thrown on a jacket and grabbed a taxi in hopes of getting to his place before all the steak was gone.

Dunch was quite good and the Steak was excellent! Frankly, I feel the highlight of this Schmunday Sunday was the fact that I just kept on eating.

Me and the boys had a little feast over my friend, Mark passing his B1 German exams and it was really just nice to get out of the house honestly. Plus, the steak was well worth it!

So anyway, that's it! My Sunday Schmunday weekend adventure. Not so much of an adventure at the end I guess lol. Thanks for sticking through this germ with me though:)

Good bye for now and...

Thanks for reading and keep exploring!

I have never imagined a cake for breakfast, I guess I'd love to try it soon. And the pasta is obviously satisfying.😄

Breakfast cake is the best bro. You gotta try it soon!

Why thank you! I do make a rather seductive looking pasta now don't I? :)

Really seductive indeed..😁
