A Bad Party Experience.

Joyce has been trying to gain admission into the university for three years. Instead of pushing harder, she tried a private university which is easier to gain admission into and she was able to gain admission. This university treats the students just like high school students.

They have a time in which they can go out, they can’t sleep outside school and there are also so many rules that the students have to abide by.
On a Sunday morning, Joyce’s mum woke up very early to drive her daughter to her new school. They both had already packed her things inside the car a night before Sunday so they just needed to take their bath and leave for the school.

On getting there, Mrs Richard, Joyce’s mum met her daughter’s new roommate, Helen. Helen was in her penultimate year in the Christopher University. Joyce was handed over to Helen as her school daughter. Mrs Richard said;

Helen, here is Joyce and I’d love her to be your school daughter since you’re very much familiar with the school. I hope you get to be a good leader and may she follow your footsteps

It takes a lot to be a guardian to a student like you but it’s a wonderful challenge. Helen took this up and began to guide Joyce.
After a few months, Joyce met with Fathia and Dora. These two are one of the hottest newbies in Christopher University and they go to parties almost everyday as long as they were able to bribe the security men at the entrance of their school gate so they could go out.
Joyce loved their vibes and truly, there is no way you won’t love their vibes when you get to meet with them because they are cool, smart and also brilliant. Joyce is a very brilliant girl too even though she tried gaining admission into the university several times but was lucky the fourth time.
Helen goes to party too but knows how bad those boys can be and also how risky the school can be especially at night. She tries to protect Joyce even while at parties.

In Christopher University, there is a party they do every year. Unfortunately, Helen wasn’t in school because she went to see her family members. Joyce went to the party with Fathia and Dora. The party was going on well until some guys began to wear their yellow berets. There was no doubt that those guys were cultists and it means that was a cultist party but they never portrayed it like a cultist’s party. The girls got very scared and tried to escape but all their efforts were futile. The girls began to feel like fishes out of water.

Some of the girls there tried to give excuses like they wanted to go ease themsleves but they couldn’t escape. Fathia called her boyfriend, Derek, to come pick her and her friends up. Derek also belongs to another cult group. He got there and the fight began. Some of his cult members even got injured. Some girls tried to escape while some were still stucked in there. Fathia and Dora were so smart that they were able to escape. The news got to the school’s Vice Chancellor and ordered policemen to go to the venue to arrest all the students in that venue.

Unfortunately, Joyce was amongst those who were arrested at the venue. They were all taken to the police station that midnight. When they got there, they were all ordered to call their parents to know the crime they all have committed in school which involved destroying the school’s properties and all. Joyce knew she was going to be in trouble if she tries to call her mum but truly, her father is late so her mum was the only one left for her. When it was her turn to call one of her parents, Joyce said thus;

To be very honest with you sir, I am a newbie in this school. My friends told me they’d be takimg me on a dinner date but I found myself in the party. When it was very late at night, I tried looking for them so we could go home but I couldn’t find them.
Secondly, my parents are late and I have no one taking care of me. I work so hard, do menial jobs like having to wash clothes for my mates before I can feed myself sir
I’m a very righteous girl and you can ask about me in school so you can confirm if I’m telling the truth or lying

The Director of Police felt pity for her and let her go. She was so happy that she was able to get out of that situation. When Helen got back from home, she told her everything that happened and she never went to parties with Fathia and Dora anymore.
