Diamond Castle is one of the most beautiful places in the seven kingdoms; it is the royal castle of the people of Edard. It is believed to have been passed down from generations to generations and is believed to be a symbol of the people of Edard; it symbolizes strength and holds their history. People who come from both far and near only need to tour the castle to learn everything about the people of Edard since the walls of the castle carry drawings and names of past and present kings, queens, princes, and princesses, even battles won, and the commanders of their great army.
It is the dream of every child from other kingdoms to visit Edard, not just Edard, but to have the opportunity to tour the castle so as to see for themselves all that they have heard from the stories they are told, as stories about the strength of the people of Edard burn like wildfire and travel with the speed of light. Diamond Castle is also believed to be the only castle in the seven kingdoms to have never been stormed or raided because of their strength and how the castle was built like a fortress.
"Did you hear? Rumours are going around that the king banished one of the strongest socerers in the kingdom." Edward, one of the villagers, said to his friend Samuel
"Now the king feels so high and mighty, but banishing a sorcerer is something that might come back knocking, and I hope he will be ready when it does." Samuel responded to
Months went by, and the whole kingdom enjoyed peace and serenity. Even those who feared the sorcerer would return were already starting to get comfortable, even though they know socerers don't blackout from a fight easily, but it's been over eight months already, and they had to get back to their day-to-day activities. Just when the entire kingdom felt it was okay to relax, the sorcerer came back to storm the castle.
"What is going on? Why are soldiers fully armed like there is a looming war? Why are people running helter-skelter and panicking?" Samuel asked, looking confused since he just got back from his farm and was not aware of the recent development.
"The sorcerer returned for vengeance to storm the castle and probably take over power, just like you feared he would." Edward, his friend, responded, looking all worried, as the people of Edard have not experienced war close to home before.
"I knew this was going to happen. I hope the king would not lose the castle because war against a sorcerer and his possessed minions is nearly impossible to win since his minions don't die; he will just keep bringing them back to life." Samuel said as they rush home to meet their families and be with them as they plan their next move.
"How do you know so much about socerers and can even predict their moves, my dear friend?" Edward asked
"Books, my friend. I read lots and lots of books about socerers, and it has helped broaden my knowledge about them." Samuel responded as he placed his hands on Edward's shoulder.
The king and his royal guards headed to the city gates since they thought they could talk the sorcerer down.
"What do you want with us? I thought I banished you from the land because of your black magic and asked you to never return, huh?" The king asked
"I came back to take my place; it is either you give up the castle without a fight and you and your men get to go back home to your families or you will leave me no choice but to storm the castle and take over by force with my minions. You and your men are nothing against my minions." The sorcerer responded, showing his minions scattered like sand and covering more than half of the city.
"I hope you read the history books. Diamond Castle has never been stormed before, and this would not be the first time." The king responded as he headed back to his calvary as they prepared for battle.
"You brought this upon yourself, my dear king." The sorcerer said as he gave his minions the signal to attack.
The king and his men fought bravely for hours, but the battle was not the type they could win as the sorcerer kept raising more minions, and they had to withdraw from the battlefield and fled for their lives, allowing the sorcerer to storm the castle like he had planned to.
