Hello, Assalamu Alaikum, my post is related to sugarcane cultivation. Sugarcane crop is widely cultivated in my area and people harvest sugarcane during winter season, but the sugarcane crop is It is not harvested during almost the entire winter months, but most of the farmers sell the sugarcane crop to the vendors.

They harvest the sugarcane slowly because they keep the sugarcane crop standing throughout the summer because they sell its juice during the hot summer season and the amount of sugarcane that is used daily is the same amount of sugarcane from the land is harvest , They cut what is not and take it away and in this way those shopkeepers sell sugarcane juice and people drink sugarcane juice very fondly in summer because sugarcane juice is also very good for health and especially in summer, in hot weather stomach feel heat and this sugarcane juice reduce its heat .

If there is too much heat, sugarcane juice is very effective and very useful to remove the heat of the stomach. Similarly, many people get sick who drink sugarcane juice in summer, which is prescribed by the doctor. According to use sugarcane juice in my area in my village sugarcane juice is drunk a lot because the most delicious drink in summer is sugarcane juice in my village. I was walking around and there was a person who was making and selling sugarcane sugarcane sugarcane sugarcane. Then the pieces are placed on top of ice to cool them down. When they are cold, the customers buy the sugarcane pieces and then suck them so that their coolness strengthens their stomach.

Excuse me, I have made some pictures in which you can see how the sugarcane is cut into small pieces and the pieces of sugarcane are lying on top of the snow and they are getting cold because the weather is very hot. And in this hot season, these ghandiris are bought and eaten by people with sugarcane pieces very eagerly, but those whose teeth are not very strong and very weak, then it is very difficult for them to eat these ghandiris.

So these can be eaten by those who have strong teeth and have strength in their teeth, especially young and old people cannot eat these sugarcane grains because they are hard and they are firmly stuck in the teeth.

that when we eat sugarcane, we grind it in our mouth and grind it, then we suck the juice that comes out of grinding, except the rest of the pulp. We throw them out.

At the time I was making these pictures, my heart was so eager to eat these sugar cane pieces and extract their juice and drink them, so I also bought sugar cane pieces worth 100 rupees and then I put them in my mouth. Chewed and drank their juice which was very delicious. If a little black salt is sprinkled on top of these sugarcane pieces, the taste becomes even more intense. The ones that were cut into small pieces are very much liked cold but now the summer season is ending but you can still see that this sugarcane crop is still being harvested in my area. Small pieces of them are being made and sold on top of ice, this indicates that this crop is sugarcane crop, it ripens in winter and now it is summer season. is ending and after 20 days the severe winter will start and the second crop of sugarcane is also about to be ready, so if this sugarcane crop is already past or it is being harvested, then you can see that my The people of the area how the people of my village preserve the sugarcane so that they can extract its juice in the summer all year round and make small pieces of it to sell the people so you can see a sugarcane crop How is it stored safely and then it is stored in winter and used to it till the end of summer but it will last for 10 to 15 days, this thing will sell this juice after winter starts. If there is a sale of sugarcane which is not his, then a new crop will be ready and then the people of my area will save this new crop for the summer.

The sugarcane crop in my area is harvested in winter because the sugarcane crop is very large in my area. People harvest the sugarcane crop by the end of December and January. The sugarcane crop is sent to sugar factories which are sugar factories, they sell sugarcane there and after loading the sugarcane in trucks, it goes to factories, then because it is cultivated on a large scale. If there is a big panel, it is counted in the factories, then the factories buy the sugarcane that is, sugar is made, but when some people or some shopkeepers buy the sugarcane from the crop. They do not cut it there, but let it stand there so that when the summer season starts, they cut a little crop and take away the sugarcane which is sold, then the rest of the sugarcane is cut like this. The farmers of my area also sell sugarcane to factories and sugarcane is produced in big factories and sugarcane is also produced from sugarcane.

Jaggery is also produced on a large scale. Jaggery is produced in the indigenous way. In the indigenous way, the sugarcane juice is extracted first. After collecting the sugarcane, the sugarcane juice is heated well over the sugarcane so that the sugarcane juice thickens and various ingredients are added to it to thicken it. After that, when the molasses becomes very thick and then the juice is removed from the plant, then after it cools down, the molasses is made into small pieces and converted into jaggery.

this is how jaggery is prepared. In my area, pat is produced from sugarcane. Pat is a valuable and tasty and good quality jaggery. In my area, there are many varieties of jaggery produced from sugarcane. What is Pashori gur in it and what is in it? Pashori gur is very famous, besides desi gur and desi gur, there is another name for gur and black gur and brown gur and white tikwala gur. These are the types of jaggery and gur mean jaggery is called in my area. are very much liked and eaten and this jaggery is eaten by people in winter with dry fruits like dried fruit so in my area many products are prepared from sugarcane crop jaggery is prepared sugarcane Sugarcane juice is prepared, after that sweets are prepared from sugarcane juice, in addition to bile, all these things are eaten in winter, but sugarcane juice is drunk in summer.

And what are the things that sugarcane prepares and eats in winters, jaggery and clock sweets and other than sugarcane barley, different types of sweets are eaten in winters, besides dry If jaggery is eaten with fruits, dry fruits are added to the jaggery.

Then after putting them in juice, make jaggery from them, in this way jaggery which contains dry fruits, that jaggery is also produced in my area. Jaggery All these jaggery are eaten in winter and their effect is warming.

This was some information that I have shared with you about sugarcane products that are produced in my village, I hope you will like this information and find it informative. The time of sugarcane crop is getting ready and ripening and it is standing in full swing and my villagers are watering the sugarcane crop because there are still two months left of the harvest of sugarcane crops.

As soon as the sugarcane harvest starts, I will show you how the people of my area harvest the sugarcane and how the sugarcane crop is cut and loaded onto trucks and sent to the factories to be processed in the factories. Sugarcane can be made into sugar because sugar is also a daily use item which is needed in every kitchen and every house because people make tea daily and use sugar in tea like this. Sweets are made, that sugar is used in these sweets, and in many other things, it is also used in medicine, so that sugar is also made from sugarcane, and the people of my area send that sugarcane to the factories. In the factories, sugar is produced from this sugarcane on a large scale,

so at this time, there are about two months left before the sugarcane harvest begins, and as soon as the harvest of the sugarcane bounty begins, I will make videos and show it to you all. And I will put those videos on 3Speak vlog and I hope you will be very happy to see them. If it is about sugarcane harvesting, the people of my area harvest sugarcane in a very indigenous way, a very simple way. I do and most people harvest the sugarcane by hand using a sickle and there are also some who use machines to harvest the sugarcane so that the sugarcane is clean and somehow There should be no damage to the crop

because sometimes it happens that when sugarcane harvesting starts in winter,

it starts raining and when it rains, during sugarcane harvesting, the trucks, tractors, trolleys etc. When the sugarcane is loaded and taken to the factories, they cannot enter the ground because the ground is slippery due to rain and it becomes very difficult for a tractor or a vehicle to move inside the ground. People are in a hurry to complete the sugarcane harvest as soon as possible so that the sugarcane can reach the factories before the rains start.

Inshallah, in the next few days, as soon as the sugarcane harvest starts, I will show you videos of it, I hope. You must have liked this post of mine and if you liked this post of mine, then comment me and tell me in the comments how you liked this post of mine.
