Greetings everyone. I am happy to share with everyone on this wonderful game. Am not a fan of games but I want to try out this game. It’s called quest for stoken. When I saw the announcement I tried to open it on my mobile phone but it’s not opening.
I had to use a laptop before it opened. I enquired from a friend and he told me it could only be played on a laptop. So this is my laptop.
Quest for stoken is a simple computer game. A toy is your warrior who is given the task of carrying a flag(US, if you look carefully) and tries to defeat monsters tool he gets to the finish lines. After reading the contest post here, I thought I could finish it but it turns out I died even before I could attempt getting anymore.
Before opening it on my laptop, it took quite sometime to load. Am not sure if it’s my network or it’s the way the game is. After logging in I pressed the space bar.
After clicking on the link this is how it opens on the laptop.
As you can see from the bottom left, I have to press space bar to start.
After pressing it I was taken directly into the game. This is my first interface.
As you play, the game shows you what keys to use.
As you can see from the screenshot, it says double jump which I did.
Here it asks me to press X for action on objects. When I did I got some coins.

Over here I met a monster. The game has thought me to use shift to use my sword. So I can use the sword and attack the monster.
After killing the monster, I am given more lives.
Controls
To move forward- Press forward key or D
To move backwards- Press back key or A
To jump- Press space bar
To jump twice in succession- Press space bar twice
To bend down-Press the down arrow key
To use sword- Press shift key
To use shield - Press Z key
To go back to homepage - Press R
For action on objects - Press X
I don’t know how but I got killed a couple of times over here. I thought I was supposed to jump only once. I tried a couple of times till I realised I had to jump twice.
So I had to start again.
I got killed a couple of times by the same monster I killed the first time. I then managed to kill it the next time and was taken to the next stage.
I managed to kill the monster here but then I was killed by something I didn’t see when I was trying to climb the building.
It came as game over which meant I had to restart.
I tried again after I was killed. I tried and tried but it seems this little monsters (birds) are even more stubborn than the big ones.
Unfortunately that was the end for me. I tried but it seems I couldn’t pass that stage of the game.
What I think about quest for stoken game.
It’s a fun game to play.
The challenges look easy on the eye but are difficult.
The interface is great all though it’s not top notch.
The game takes time to load
The shift key shouldn’t be used as you have to disable sticky keys to use it.
Not everything is self explanatory, so I think there should be a guide aside from in game.
You should be allowed to change your keys to suite your taste.
Aside these little problems and suggestion which will make the game better, I think it’s an okay game. It can get a 7.5 rating from me.
