Greetings dear hivers and creative food š„ lovers. Hope to find everyone in good spirit warming up and planning for Christmas š. We all deserve the best this season and I wishing us the best to accomplish our desires along side our family and loved š„° ones.
Today I bring some delicious lovely shaped bread š„ to share and teach you of how you can create and make your loafs in any shape you desire.. Creativity sometimes make recipes to look wanting or appetizing, especially those we make for our children because little things like shapes attract children a lot.
This very shape I created with this bread š„ is very unique and the type you may want to try out from your kitchen this Christmas season, treating your loved ones with something delicious and attractive .
Here I will show you the ingredients and steps for making this recipe .
INGREDIENTS:
400 g of all purpose flour
1/2 glass of soy milk
4 teaspoon of premium sugar
2 teaspoon of yeast powder
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1:4 sea salt
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1/2 mug of warm water
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
I will start by first soaking the yeast with the warm water adding a teaspoon of sugar to it. Stir and cover to rise for 5 minutes.
Step 2.
While waiting for the yeast, I will go on to pour the flour into a bigger bowl š„£ for mixing, adding the salt and margarine, Then will use the tip of my gingers to incorporate the margarine into the flour.
Step 3.
I will add the sugar and the cinnamon to the flour and mix them inn .
Step 4.
Next is to add the yeast , stir it into the flour and start forming the dough, adding the milk gradually until the dough is formed.
Step 5.
I will add a little vegetable oil to the dough to properly incorporate and make it smooth
Step 6.
To form the pretzels shape I obtained , I will first cut the dough into two, then into small sizes
Step 7.
I will further glaze the baking pan, then gradually I will roll the small size dough into a ball, then roll into a straight line and twist against each other, placing them on the baking pan.
Step 8.
And the dough is rolled into twist one after another. I will leave it in a warm place for 20 minutes to rise.
Step 9.
Here the dough has doubled. I will take it into the preheated oven to bake for 20 minutes at 200 Celsius
Step 10.
Once baked, we have our delicious twisted pretzel shaped bread š„ ready and hot. To enjoy it the more , I will leave it to cool down before serving. We can enjoy it coffee āļø, tea šµ, warm milk for children or any juice of our choice.
