Dingo fence is the longest fence in the world located in Australia. With a distance of 5,531km, the fence stretches from Queensland all the way to far South Australian coastline.

The fence was constructed in late 1800s and was finished in the early 1900s. The sole aim was to protect animals from entering crop lands and damaging crops and plants.

Dingoes

After it's successful construction, it was recently modified and renovated to prevent Dingoes from attacking livestocks like sheep and goat. Dingos are ancient breed of dogs usually found in Australia.

The Dingo fence is existing till today and still remains the longest fence in the world.
