Look around and be grafetul

In this world where things are now driven by the visual representation of the things that we see daily online, it is so easy to feel overwhelmed. There has been a lot of information to be consumed, some of them might be good, some of them are might just be trash that appear to be good, and somehow it could be the one driving our mind crazy.

I am in my mid 30's, and I can say that I have not achieved a lot in my life compared to my friends at the same age, those who I grew up with, or even random people whom I might only know for a bit and then they appear to be happy and wealthy in social media.

I do think that it is very logical that we somehow compared our life to theirs, although it is mostly from my point of view. But at the same time, we should also be grateful for what we have now. Maybe what we have now, is something that somebody out there is dreaming of and working hard to have.

One time I sat in the park, just trying to keep my mind sane in this insane world, and then I noticed that I was not the only person who was working hard, but there were a lot of other people who we didn't know are having an even harder life.

I know life is hard, and with the constant clout and flexing the has been jammed into our social media feed, sometimes it is ok to feel insecure, and feel that you are really falling behind, or maybe failing. But maybe what you got to do, is to really look around you, and understand that you are doing a lot better than the other, the less fortunate one, and as long as you have the roof above your head, and the food on the table, always be grateful for that.

Gratefulness should be part of us.

That is so right my friend, sometimes by looking around it helps us learn a lot of things around us.

We don't have to wait for things to be perfect before we are grateful.
Gratefulness opens door for positivity.

That is right my friend, you just need to be grateful for what we have now, and it will lead to our own happiness.
thank you for commenting my friend

We should always be grateful for our lives and who we have become
