I am always amazed to learn about drama in a workplace shared by so many people online, some might be true, others might just be fiction. But when it is true it is so sad to see how good people are being used and then thrown out like it has done nothing to the company they spent most of their time in this world, even a lot more than the family that they have at home.
I am not saying that all of the companies out there treat their employee that badly, but there will always one one or two or more that are so evil that we just can't describe the treatment that they give to their employee.
And yes, it is always so nice to be someone reading or listening to other life experiences, how they lose their income overnight, losing the job that they love even more than the love their family, and often time all they need is one issue or mistake, and then they will be thrown out because they are replaceable.
Yes it is the hard truth about the modern company, where sometimes a bad boss running them, and just think of the employee as the number, and not a person.
I also have read that love the job only on the working hours, and back to your life after that, we will never know when will the company think that they don't need you. And if you don't have a good relation with your family, then you will be returning to an ghost house, crowded but no soulf self for you.
