What do You Do When You are Down?

It's always a nice time being with friends and practicing with them. After my whole stressful day, I had to create time to be with this guy's as the where practicing on their drama lines.

Trust me, when you are heartbroken, it's better to have much fun to get better. This guy's really taught me many stuff on their play.

If I may ask, what do you do when you are heartbroken, down and worried about life?

To me, the little I could do is taking a walk and visiting places.

Trust me, I really enjoyed myself in the team.
This post was supposed to be a black and white photography post, but due to the new rule, I have to set it to be a question and I would really love to have an idea on what one does when one is down.

Being heartbroken is something that I never thought would happen to me. When the wound is still fresh, it seems like every day is an eternity. But soon everything will pass. It's on a case-to-case basis how long will it last? For some, just a matter of months. For others, even a decade isn't enough.

Hello. Thank you for the question. When someone breaks my heart, the first thing I think about is how precious that person is to me. If it's not worth it to me, it's not worth my preoccupation anyway. If he is someone dear to me, I look for reasons why he broke my heart. It's good to go out. Fresh air opens up the human perception. Listening to music can be good. But it does nothing but delay the problem. I will be waiting for new questions :)

By the way, I have a community suggestion for black and white photos.

If I may ask, what do you do when you are heartbroken, down and worried about life?

My first move might be to find someone who I could talk to, or have someone trustworthy enough to share my problem. Then I might do something that I really like, at least something positive. I know it might be hard, and it will definitely take some time, But it will pass.
