It is very common that we humans can spend the whole day overthinking and worrying about something that we were supposed to get done within the day. This usually happens when our minds are clustered with all kinds of life issues.
Relaxation
The truth is that when we have this feeling of clustered mind, worrying is not best solution, relaxation is. We cannot solve our problems by overthinking and worrying, we can only do that by relaxing and waiting for solutions to come.
Try this when you feel like you are worrying too much; talk to a close friend, read an inspiring book, or just go for a walk and feel nature. Sometimes listening to a music is just the best way to relief you of stress and make you feel very relax. The thing there is that good things usually takes time, so you have to save yourself the energy of overthinking too much.
Sometimes one of the reasons our minds are clustered is because of stress. This stress can come from any areas of like such as work, relationships, family, spiritual or just a result of your bad habits. Some of us have grown to become an adult and we still can't find a way of managing our stress.
The simple strategy of saving yourself from work stress is;
Rest, when it is the right time to rest.
Work, when it is the right time to work.
Our major problem is that when we are working, we always think about resting, and while we are resting, we always think about working. Stop living an empty life, learn how to do the right things at the right time.
Resting is part of what improves your creativity. You will definitely need time to relax in other to recharge your creativity, don't use the time for rest to worry or over think yourself. Just chill!
Relaxation is part of your responsibility in life, while worrying is nothing but a liability to you.
