Is it true that people feel stressed when they are working too hard?

For me the feeling of stress does not always come from just working hard. The feeling of stress only comes from working hard in the wrong direction.
Working on wrong direction can be mentally draining, which makes you start developing signs that causes a feeling of stress. Nothing makes you more happy than when you are working in the right direction of life, you feel mentally refreshing, waking up in the morning each day and realizing that your life will get more better because you are putting efforts in the right direction.
Sometimes stress would only come when you don't do what you planned on doing. The goal is to start small, take action, don't overload yourself with much work. Instead of planning and at the end procrastinating, just start taking actions, you find out that half of the stress is all gone.
When we align our work with purpose, stress can transform into passion. The main thing there is the right path of our life and making sure our little efforts counts, this is what passion is all about.
Your work should never for one day feel like stress to you, because the only time you can be productive is when the work feels fun to you. That is why no matter how life is keeping you without choice, try and create out time to work on the things that you love, a quick way to burn yourself out easily is by spend several years working on something you never cared much about.
Channel your effort in the right direction, plan, work and don't procrastinating, and also make out time to work on what you love doing. That is how you save yourself from lots of life stress.
