WHAT'S YOUR MOST TREASURED HOBBY..here's Mine 😉

They're really simple and easy things in life which I'm interested in, I like to be free, to be me, to do whatever I want whenever I want, freedom is a choice, which is why i really don't know if I can adapt to the life of a celebrity, were you Can go anywere do anything, interact easily with anyone without too much protocols, one time I watched were Ronaldo actually laments about not being able to do certain things with out attracting crowds, he can't just go out, or have some great times with his family or friends this simple side of life he misses.

Well that's not the purpose of these post but I will explain a bit why I throw that in, I love to express myself in many ways, to be able to create things and express my imagination to life, it all began many years ago, during my childhood days, I would often go near my mom stayed with her most times in the kitchen and doing whatever she asked of me, helping out with the cooking while my other siblings play out and neglect to help mum.

I got caught up in the process, I began to understand certain things about cooking, how to balance my taste, knowing what to put when and the right quantity to put in any particular meal, soon after i began to cook small stuffs like to parboil rice, Cook noodles and porridge plantain, porridge beans etc, after that I began to also cook okra soup, and other native soups, as times goes on my mom when engage would just prepare list of things to buy, I would go to the market get them, return home and began to prepare them, soon after i was like the chief cook in the house even when I had sisters who could do them, my mom prefers I do it, Cause I cook better than my sisters.

Meanwhile this was not normal in our society, why should a man be the one to cook, while ladies do nothing, most times I'm in the kitchen cooking, and I loved it, I didn't mind, I enjoyed cooking, it was fun to me.

Later on i got a job in an eatery, I was now exposed to other recipes and methods cooking, but then i began to admire the Pastery guys, so I wanted to learn that too, to bake and do sugar craft works of all sort, this was fascinating too, so I later on switched to the pastery department and I began there too, baking some Pastery snacks, like meat pie, fish pie, sausage rolls, scotched egg, spring roll and samosa, chicken pie, meatbread, and bread baking....

With more than five years of experience in these areas, especially the baking aspect I have been exposed to vast knowledge, and recipes, different products and recipes, it was easy for me cause I had interest to develop and build my skills in this aspect and the more I did the more I grow to love it and find it more fun.

These are my hobby and I intend to turn it into a reputable business venture, this are things that I didn't have to struggle to get or pay a dim for it, but now to learn that skill is over a 100k worth, so now if I intend to teach someone, that's another source of income, at the end my hobby landed me on a soft ground, a greener pasture filled with opportunities.
