I have talked and will continue to do so in a section of the blog about animals that are harmful to the garden, but there are also many animals that are beneficial to the garden. These are the predators that help us control pests in the most efficient and clean way possible. Our job will be to attract them and respect them so that they can help us get the best harvests.

There are many types of frogs, but all of these amphibians have something in common, and that is that they are insectivores. Many people believe that frogs only live in ponds or swamps, but this is not the case. There are many species that can live in dry environments. There are even frogs in deserts.
Frogs love flies and mosquitoes, but they are also great predators of slugs and snails. To a lesser extent, they catch grasshoppers or locusts. But their presence is always positive for our garden, so in no case should we eliminate them or do anything that could harm them.
Although it may seem unbelievable, frogs appear without us doing much, simply when there is humidity, and this is because when the conditions are not suitable, they bury themselves and remain in a state of hibernation. So if you create a pond, you will see that in a few days a lot of frogs begin to appear, and you don't know where they came from.
This is the best way to attract them, but you will have to put up with their noise at dusk and dawn.
Thank you very much for supporting my blog and I look forward to your comments.!
