I have talked and will continue to do so in a section of the blog about animals that are harmful to the garden, but there are also many animals that are beneficial to the garden. These are the predators that help us control pests in the most efficient and clean way possible. Our job will be to attract them and respect them so that they can help us get the best harvests.

Wasps are the greatest predators of insects and that makes them very useful for gardeners. Sometimes they have a bad reputation, especially because they can eat our grapes. Also because their painful stings can be very annoying, but wasps are actually more beneficial than harmful insects.
There are many types of wasps, some act as pollinators and others, above all, as predators of other insects. Being a superior predator, they do not make many distinctions and attack all types of insects. But when there are pests, they help us mitigate their effects with their predation. Another interesting aspect of wasps is that they also prey on the eggs of those same pests.
Attracting wasps is not difficult, but I advise you not to do it to avoid problems. If there are prey, they will come to the garden without the need to attract them.
Thank you very much for supporting my blog and I look forward to your comments.!
