I start from the word "NO", a word which if we say means we have rejected, either a rejection of our own desires or a rejection of the wishes of other people or other parties who want to try to regulate or manage us. The word "NO" is indeed simple when viewed from the alphabetical order that forms it, but literally it can have quite a broad meaning and can have effects or consequences if it is decided.
The opposite of "NO" is "YES". "YES" is an expression that contains a statement of accepting or agreeing with a desire, either one's own desire or another person's desire. If the word YES has been said then the consequence is a demand to carry it out.
In this post I only share about where we should say the word "NO", because even though this word looks very simple, if it is decided there are consequences that must be borne. In my opinion, there are times when we have to have the courage to say NO to invitations that are not in accordance with existing rules or norms of life, even if the invitation is made by some people who still consider it tolerable or understandable.
