Prompt: Color of freedom of speech

I got intrigued with the story of the captivity of Favel Durov by the French government. I don't know the man. However, after watching a video created by the X-Empire team, I realized that the man is known as a staunch advocate for privacy and freedom of expression. The pressure from the French government is not his first. It was Russia, his mother country that tested first his strong resolve. For him, privacy and freedom of expression are not just ideas. He is willing to fight for the realization of these values in our time.

Governments who love to play the game of control and regulation consider the man a serious threat. They were alarmed by his unwavering stance on user privacy. They will do everything to coerce him into compromising the security features of his platforms such as VKontakte and Telegram. Durov's refusal to grant backdoors into his encrypted messaging services, which were widely used by activists, journalists, and everyday citizens, led to a tense standoff that included legal battles and intense scrutiny from authorities. Despite facing threats and pressure, Durov remained defiant, becoming a symbol of resistance against government overreach and a champion of digital rights, emphasizing the importance of protecting personal freedom in an increasingly surveilled world.

I am not sure about the connection of Favel Durov to the DOGS platform that was just recently listed on crypto exchanges. However, as I followed DOGS, I observed that many dog-related mini-apps are somehow connected to the man. Tap-2-Earn game apps like Money Dogs, FreeDogs, and Lost Dogs are a few examples of them.

Except for the above dog-related mini-apps, I also stumbled upon two interesting apps that are connected to Favel. One is HoldCoin and there is a "FreeDurov" tab in the app. Once you click it, You will be directed to another window with the following message:

Resistance will prevail. Be a FreeDog Now!

Another interesting app is the Satoshi Miner. Completing the tasks on the app, I watched Episode 5 of the Satoshi Series on YouTube. The video is about the search for the real Satoshi Nakamoto. Alex who happened to be the explorer and if I am not mistaken, also a popular figure on Telegram, finally found out the base of Satoshi. Of course, I am not sure if this is just a made-up story or if there is truth in it. To make the long story short, Alex realized that the real Satoshi does not exist. Instead, the name embodies the idea and the movement for freedom of expression and economic and monetary sovereignty.

This prompted me to create a group on Facebook. However, Facebook does not allow me to create a new group. And so what I did is to rename an old group I created years ago from "Christian Economics" to "Satoshi."

I am not sure how long this new group will last until Facebook will censor it. Its defined purpose is contrary to what Facebook represents:

Satoshi, both as an idea and a movement, represents the principles and philosophy underlying Bitcoin and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.

As an idea, it advocates decentralization, privacy and autonomy, freedom of expression, open-source innovation, a trustless system, and above all, sound money and deflationary economics.

As a movement, it promotes financial inclusion, resistance to censorship, economic sovereignty, and innovation in finance.

The Hive community shares the above purpose statement. And so Pavel Durov, Satoshi, and Hive love the ideas of privacy, freedom of expression, and financial sovereignty. I am not just sure to what extent are we willing to fight to realize such a noble aspiration.

Note: I was about to publish this article using the InLeo platform. However, as I was about to hit the publish button, I observed that the link to YouTube was not properly displayed so I decided to stick with PeakD.

I have been using the Satoshi miner for sometime now but I got tired of the whole thing and I just stopped

That's understandable. Most T2E games on Telegram are exhausting and that's why I am focusing only on three of them. I got curious about Satoshi Miner because the one who referred it appears reliable.
