...and I'm officially on vacation!
4 weeks of total disconnection where different adventures await me with the family.
On the one hand, we are going to spend 15 days discovering Malaysia, both its urban and rural environment, then we will spend 1 week lost in the Pyrenees with the aim of resting and enjoying nature and its benefits.
As you can imagine, we are not used to taking vacations of pure relaxation...we usually "complicate" our lives more by looking for new experiences and I think that in Malaysia we will find them.
However, it may be one of the last long and exotic trips that the whole family will take together... my children are starting to get older and although they don't refuse this type of trip, they are already starting to look for other things that are more suited to their age... The most important thing for them doesn't seem to be the new experiences and cultures but the guarantee of having a good internet connection and data on their mobile and, of course, keeping in touch with their friends is also super important... this saddens me a little but on the other hand, it would mean a big saving for my pocket (LoL) because I'm not going to deny that the expense we incur in each one of these trips is massive.
Yes, maybe it's time for my wife and I to take it more selfishly and plan the trips thinking more about ourselves and letting the puppies fly more freely. Besides, we're still young to enjoy many exotic adventures together... at least while we can.
