This is Black Krrsantan Black Series from The Book of Boba Fett, made by Hasbro.
It is a relatively old release and is the second of the same character that Hasbro has produced. The first one is the not-so-good comic version, the pictures of which are shown for comparison at the latter part of this post.
This TV show version is a lot richer in detail and has nicer paint applications compared to the first release.
The gold paint is nice to look at, including the ones on the braids. The fur is also better, as the body sculpt is a new one and is not a reuse of the Chewbacca action figure, which the first version was. The two versions are shown side by side below. One thing that can be noticeable is that the new version is significantly shorter than the old one, which is probably its only downside, since the character is supposed to be massive and tall.
The more inferior, even lazy, workmanship can be seen with the older version. See the lack of paint details on the braids and armor.
Below is Krrsantan with Frieren, an S.H. Figuarts release.
The TV version is all in all a great release.
