This is the CTB or Collect-To-Build figure included in the Crime Syndicate wave of the McFarlane DC Multiverse line. This version of Starro is different from most of its depictions, since this exists in the universe of the Crime Syndicate, an evil alternate universe version of the Justice League. Aside from the difference in coloration, this Starro differs in that it has three eyes in each starfish, and it attaches to its host's chest instead of their face. The back part has the suckers and teeth, which the creature uses to latch on to their victims.
Above is the CTB when I got it. CTBs do not have their own boxes because each of their parts are scattered in the boxes of the different figures in the wave.
Above, its mini-versions are seen attached to various figures of the same McFarlane DC Multiverse line as well as the DC Signature and DC Multiverse lines from Mattel. The CTB comes with four different mini starfishes that are miniature versions of itself. These are the ones that claim hosts and control them, while the larger main starfish is the neural center.
Meanwhile, the main universe Starro is more colorful and attaches to the face.
