Do you even know what project management is? Its communicating between the leaders and the developers to arrange priorities and make sure the right things are getting done in the right order. It has nothing to do with regular 'management'.

        I appreciate that. I understand the job you are doing. Be careful because it is a weighty responsibility and if you become subject to jumping to conclusions and using gotcha-style comments with incorrect information it can negatively affect the whole idea of what you are trying to accomplish.

            I'm okay to agree to disagree on this one as well. The use of this title for me was limited to scoping and organizing efforts, and as I mentioned in this post, once a major change that I pressed for was not implemented, I stepped back from this title.
