Greetings to all my Hiver friends, How are you there? In today's post, I painted an interesting art with acrylic paint. I called this painting "A Calm Place."
In this post, you will learn basic techniques on how to paint natural scenery.
I used four different painting brushes and seven colors of acrylic paint. It took me forty-five minutes to finish this painting.
Materials Needed:
👉 Acrylic paper pad
👉 Pencil and eraser
👉 Ruler
👉 Clean Water
👉 Rag
👉 Paper napkin
Brushes:
👉 Flat Brush /small #10, 10/32 / 8.0mm
👉 Liner Brush #2 / 2/32" / 1.6mm
👉 Filbert brush
👉 Round brush
Acrylic Paint:
👉 Titanium white
👉 Ultramarine blue
👉 Mars black
👉 Grass green
👉 Green mid
👉 Lemon yellow
👉 Yellow ochre
Process:Firstly, outline your painting reference.
Then start painting the sky with ultramarine blue and titanium white. Blend them and create that smooth effect of the blue sky. You can use a flat brush.
After creating the sky, paint the distant object like trees and bushes. You can use light colors which are mid green, yellow, and, and titanium white. You can use a Filbert brush for this part.
For the middle ground, the first layer of the leaves should be darker, you can use grass green mixed with black with the highlights of lemon yellow, yellow ochre, and white. Same brush you can use which is Filbertt brush.
In the foreground of this painting, we can see the big trees, In creating the tree trunks you can use a round brush. Just use black and yellow ochre. For the leaves are grass green and black with highlights of yellow, yellow ochre, and white.
Put water reflections on the water. Then create extra details with the liner brush, like water ripples, and waterlines.
This is the finished painting.
That's all for today, I hope you like this post, and thank you for stopping by!
God bless Hiver friends.
Happy Painting!😀
Thanks a lot, to those who always
