Pero una de las primeras razones por la cual decidí tener una cuenta de Hive es por mi amor al DIBUJO. No puedo olvidar mis primeros días en la plataforma, yo con la cabeza en alto, mundo lleno de variedad esperandome y un camino.

But one of the first reasons I decided to have a Hive account is because of my love of drawing. I can't forget my early days on the platform, me with my head held high, a world full of variety waiting for me, and a path.

Por lo que hoy les traje un dibujó, cuya formade ejecutarlo explica por que he publicado a diestra y siniestra historias generadas por la inteligencia artificial. El carbón.

Proceso Creativo // Creative Process

Era una tarde normal, caminaba de caminó a casa de mi vecina a agarrar wifi con mi célular. Hasta que me consigo a @Ferbu unos de los hivers mas "veteranos" de Cantaura.

It was a normal afternoon, I was walking home from my neighbor's house to get wifi with my cell phone. Until I met @Ferbu, one of the most "veteran" hivers in Cantaura.

Como el me estaba ayudando a crear la cue ta de mi padre en hive me acerco a preguntarle que tal le va, despues de una breve charla sobre lo que le faltaba a su blog de presentación. Me dice:

~ Ven sigueme.

Since he was helping me create my father's Hive account, I approached him to ask him how he was doing. After a brief chat about what was missing from his presentation blog, he says:

~ Come, follow me.

Y yo sin nada en mente que ganar o perder lo acompaño. Se acerca a una de sus mesas, me muestra un set de lápices y tizas de carbón de la porpular marca alemana Faber-Castell y me dice:

~ Ten, haz grandes dibujos.

And I, with nothing in mind to win or lose, accompany him. He approaches one of his tables, shows me a set of pencils and charcoal sticks from the popular German brand Faber-Castell, and says:

Yo con un poco de escepticismo, dije:

• ¿en serio? ¿para mi?

Mi dialago mental era del tipo:

• Ufffh si hago dibujos que no tengan color, lo que puede que ocurra es que vuela a ganar en hive menos de 1 dolar quincenal.

Por lo que, por el cariño que le tengo a mi maestro que me enseño a ilustrar después de fallecer (con los libros que dejo, obviamente) los acepté.

So, for the love I have for my teacher who taught me to illustrate after he passed away (with the books he left, obviously), I accepted them.

@Ferbu sin hacer expresión alguna ante mis anteriores dudas me dice:

Por lo que opte por irme. Y esa fue la breve anécdota de por que estare dibujando con lápices y carbones hasta poder domarlos.

Opte por DIBUJAR un acto de generosidad, en el que una joven le regala un pan a una persona necesitada. Por que esa clase de contenido es viral en Youtube y Tik Tok.

I chose to DRAW an act of generosity, in which a young woman gives a loaf of bread to a person in need. Because that kind of content is viral on YouTube and TikTok.

Paso a Paso // Step by Step

Paso #1El BOCETO

Para COMENZAR dibujó el torso y articulaciones de los cuerpos en su expresión mas básica. Osea, una caja para el torso y la cintura, y unos cilindros para las piernas (en caso del vagabundo)

Step #1 The SKETCH

To START, I draw the torso and joints of the bodies in their most basic expression. That is, a box for the torso and waist, and some cylinders for the legs (in the case of the tramp).

Paso #2 Darle Forma a los Cuerpos

Como pueden ver (sobre todo en el cuerpo de la joven) le doy forma al cuerpo. Como un escultor me ocupo en eliminar las partes que son innecesarias y de rellenar las que me importar. En este paso me gusta terminar los rostros.

Step #2 Give Shape to the Bodies

As you can see (especially on the young woman's body), I give shape to the body. Like a sculptor, I take care of eliminating the unnecessary parts and filling in the ones that matter to me. In this step I like to finish the faces.

Paso #3 Vestirlos

Valga la redudencia, le dibujo la ropa. Para transmitir que la imagen se vea agradable, le dibuje un buen vestido a la joven, no le puedo poner un traje y corbata bien arreglado al vagabundo por que... ¡dejaria de ser un vagabundo! Eso obviamente esfumaria el mensaje.

Step #3 Dress them

Needless to say, I draw the clothes on them. To make the image look pleasant, I drew a nice dress on the young woman, I can't put a well-dressed suit and tie on the tramp because... he would stop being a tramp! That would obviously blur the message.

Paso #4 El Carbón

Como soy nuevo en esto me tome la libertad de remarcarlas las lineas que 'desaparecen' con el fondo al no estar en contacto con las sombras. Opte por dotarle tonalidades oscuras a la joven para que sea el centro de atención. Pues ya saben, el que da, es mas feliz que el que recibe.

Les sugiero solo hacer ese truco cuando sea necesario NO REPASEN TODAS LAS LINEAS con el carbón por favor.

Step #4 The Charcoal

As I am new to this, I took the liberty of retracing the lines that 'disappear' with the background as they are not in contact with the shadows. I chose to give the young woman dark tones so that she is the center of attention. Well, you know, the giver is happier than the receiver.

I suggest you only do that trick when necessary. DO NOT RETRACE ALL THE LINES with charcoal, please.
