Hello everyone here @sketch community. It's your girl again as humbled as possible,I am bringing you my little piece of work or #drawing for your pleasure of course. Please keep the room open for improvements, because I surely will be needing a lot of that.Lolz😜
This time I sketched a #portrait of a tired mother, who is feeling sleepy and exhausted from her employed job and eventually coming home to meet yet a huge amount of chores to be done.
She had no choice than to clean the mess up which was done by her kids. After the long clean up she sat done on the kitchen chair to catch her breath and to rest her feet a little,in the process, she dozed off out of tiredness.
LESSON FROM THE #DRAWING.
•Always take a little rest from a previous work before engaging in uet another work to avoid stressful anxieties and even death.
•Women are strong vessels, appreciate any of the vassels you have.(a wife, a sister, a mother, a daughter or even just a girl)they can add colors to your life.
MY HUMBLED TECHNIQUE
Having my drawing lead very handy and my eyes focused on the plain sheet,I sketched out the face line,Followed by her sense organs except her ears because it was covered by her hair. Then I lined up her hair several times until I got the fuller version. Now haven done that,I lowered my drawing lead to carve out her neck line which was attached to her chin, lowered her hair beside her neck and her shoulders and then applied colors like:
Black for her hair
Red for her lips
Brown for her skin
Orange for her singlet.
Then I highlighted the lines and added more textures to the hair and then my portrait was ready.
ITEMS I USED FOR MY SKETCH
1.drawing lead
2.Eraser
3.Colour pencil
