Motionless or still pictures were always my favorite. What I love about them is that nothing is still but only for that moment in the frame everything is still. This motion yet motionless state catches my attention the most. This life that we live is never still and we are never motionless. Therefore the beauty of motions is something precious to me.

Inspiration : Your life will be drastically altered if you become and remain immobile due to a disability. Because of this, I try to enjoy the world's natural wonders while we still have the strength to do so. After a long hiatus, I finally uploaded an artwork of farmers to my collection today. Living the life of a farmer is not easy, and farmers tend to be the most workaholic people you'll ever meet.

Although farmers face many challenges in their daily lives, the beauty they produce and enjoy all the time is unparalleled. Look at the drawing I made and you'll see how I tried to capture the beauty of their environment, and the challenges they faced. Although, I am not sure how much I could pull it off. Farmers never have it easy on them. Often when I say, time of struggle, it brings up the picture of farmers and one of the assets of our country is farmers.

Introspection -

As an artist, I do reflect on my artworks and I do it regularly. I appreciate viewing and commenting on stunning artistic items that those creative brains make. It is amazing to observe that nothing is a duplicate of another, each stroke may be distinct. So, in this piece of my art I have used different shades as you can see, the depths of each stroke in not similar to another. There are differences. I have also constantly made changes by erasing a few details and keeping it plain in a few parts. While I was sketching the farmer, you will notice how my shades change from the first to the next picture. It is correction and correction happens throughout the process. For an artist until it is soothing to the eyes, the whole process is a correction. Nothing is absolute at the first. You will notice how the details matter and it changes the perspective of the entire view. You will notice how each shade is different from another yet you can relate when they are same. You will notice how different hatches portray different meaning when used in different subjects. This is just the beauty of art. The more you practice, the more variations you learn.

This is going to be a new short section. I hope you all liked it.

Few points to focus on -
• Before sketching envision your outline, subject, and filler
• Once you visualize the image yet some improvise may be necessary so it is wise to use a pencil
• You can use a pen if you are aware of the balance of light at the start or you just have to skip the shade of small objects and finish the bigger ones first
• For starters, I would suggest trying a pencil sketch and to get your hands flexible, even I myself use a pencil most of the time as I do some edits as the process
• Also, I like the pencil shades more than pen shades
• Know the different forms of marks you can create, I have used 3 types of hatching
• For a dull environment, more shadow is recommended and for a light environment, less shadow is recommended
• Plan ahead how you will form your edges, I have used a mixture of all the four edges
• I have one subject and the rest are fillers
• With the main subject, I have a side subject that complements the prime subject
