Empecé con un boceto a mano, característico de este estilo es dibujar los ojos bastantes grandes y la cabeza grande con respecto al cuerpo, dando una apariencia más tierna, pero para representar ese ambiente sensual utilice colores que ayuden a eso, en este caso el magenta contrastando con un rojo.
Así que después de rellenar las capas con cada color base, fui usando magenta en modo multiplicar y rojos en modo superponer, eso sería todo, más allá de algunos brillos blancos

Hi friends, some time ago I drew Ariana Grande from the album Dangerous Woman in a style, I would say "kawaii". This I did together with @Yeisnar, while I was teaching her some things and we practiced.
I started with a hand sketch, characteristic of this style is to draw the eyes quite big and the head big with respect to the body, giving a more tender appearance, but to represent that sensual atmosphere use colors that help that, in this case magenta contrasting with a red.
So after filling the layers with each base color, I used magenta in multiply mode and reds in overlay mode, that would be all, plus some white glows.
