Yes, that's Julian from the Canadian series Trailer Park Boys. (I highly recommend it)
He always dresses in black, is decked out in gold, and drives decent cars (unlike the pile of junk his partner in crime Ricky drives for all seasons).
It's interesting to note that he gets bigger and bigger over the 12 seasons. But as he spends time with his buddy Ricky, he also gets dumber and dumber. Maybe the fact that we always see him with a glass of rum has something to do with it, too. In any case, I just finished watching all the seasons. Julian may not be a role model, but he has huge muscles under his body fat.
I think it's about time to lose some and gain some.
