Hello hivers, an happy Friday to you all!
The weekend is just around the corner and after some rainy days, now the Sun is shining on the sky and the weather is very hot, the usual weather for the last days of June here in Italy! ^_^
This morning, like I do every day, I woke up soon to work with my brushes and colors during the first (and fresh) hours of the day. Today I decided to study a new character with a new kind of dress and so I painted a sort of prototype on my sketchbook. In the following pics, you can see the final result on the page of my sketchbook:
As you can see, the subject is one of mu women in my own illustrative style with a dress that reminds old style. From the dress a blackbird is appearing.
It's a mixed media (acrylic colors, oil colors and white ink) painting on a page of my sketchbook and, as usual, I also took some pics while I was painted her on my small working table so you can see some steps of the process:
To be honest I like so much the final result and so soon I'll paint her on paper and/or on canvas to add it to my online shop.
