Exercising my imagination thanks some scraps of paper (mixed media on paper)

Hello hivers, an happy Monday to you all! The new working week started with a lot of fog here in my city, it looks the perfect atmosphere for an old horror movie, but with a touch of Christmas time thanks all the decorations in the gardens and in front of the house. 😊
This morning a nice woman came to vist my home-lab after I talked about my work in the local public library. She is an artist and, sure, an art lover, so we spent a nice hour drinking a coffee and exchanging experiences and after that I felt myself in a very positive mood (this kind of meeting are always a source of positive vibes and inspiration fro me), believe me. ❤️

Now I'm here to share with you the image I created to excercise my imagination and my hands thanks some scraps of paper, brushes and colors:

You know I love to create this kind of scene to fix them with my camera to fix it for future works.
For this one I cut different kind of paper (some scraps I had in my lab) and I used acrylic colors, oil colors and white ink. I also used an envelope I made by my hands with a page of a destroyed book to give it a new life.
Like I use to do, I took some pics while I was painting this the different part of the scene so you can see the process too:

I hope you like it!
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia
