Hello hivers, an happy Thursday to you all!
It was a very very hot day here and I couldn't work on a new painting because my mind looks like an hot vegetable soup. 😃
I just started (soon in the morning) a new oil on paper and I use some of my little funny figures to take pics like the following one:
As you know, I use to work on them in my pauses from other work and I do it not just for fun. They are also, for me, a way to see how a character could work on a painting and, when I place some of them on the blank canvas I use to take the most part of the pics, I can understand how they could work togheter in the same piece.
They are all mixed media (acrylic colors, oil colors and white ink) painting on around 300 gsm paper from the paper box I use to recycle when I bought cookies in the market. ^_^
The pigeon you watched on the first pic is the prototype I created before to paint my funny pigeon on paper a couple of days ago.
These paper dolls are fast and easy to paint for me, so I have so much fun to use them also to take some pics around. ^_^
Well, now it's almost time for dinner and a good rich salad is wating me.
