An happy Thursday to you all! Another sunny day here and in my backyard I can see some birds flying around the branches of my plum tree. My furry friend Richy is sleeping in a corner outside of my kitchen door and I'm in a pause from my work on art.
You know I love to wake me up soon in the morning to work on my artworks during the first, quiet hours of the day and now I just finished a new red fox in my own illustrative style.
It's not the first one I painted, because I like to paint red foxes in the same pose of the funny, fat cats I painted many times.
In the following pics, you can see the final result:
I also added a little scene about home along a white road on the body of the red fox. Since some years I love to add this kind of tiny scenes on the hair of the women I paint and on the body of the animals I paint. It's my way to say my characters are part of a cozy feeling, the sensation to be inside our cozy home. ^_^
It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and I also took some pics while I was painted it so you can see the process too:
