An happy Monday to you all!
Another sunny, but cold day here and the morning started with a lot of sweet birds flying around the plants in my backyard, the best way to start my day in a very positive mood! 🐦
During these days I try to focus myself to find inspiration for my paitnings. I read short novels, I take some pics of part of the walls where time and weather gave interesting shades of colors, watching around while I walk along the streets of my city and other activities, but it's not so simple. Because of this, to continue my daily work, today I painted a simple girl with some clouds around her and, in the following pics, you can see the final result of that piece:
As you can see, It's a normal character of mine with no tiny scenes about home on the head and a simple striped dress with a lace collars. I'm not really satisfied by the result (It happens for the most part of the artworks I paint 😉 ), but as I use to say in my mother language "E' meglio di niente" that means "it's better than nothing".
It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I use to do, I took some pics while I was painting her:
