An happy Wednesday to you all! It's a rainy day here, but I can add colors around thanks my brushes and colors. 😊
After the day spent searching mushrooms with my hubby and my mom, this morning I woke up feeling the need to paint something about it and so
I took my brushes and my oil colors, I placed my small working table close to the window and I started to paint a new artwork!
In the following pics, you can see the final result:
As you can see, the subject is one of my usual women of the series "Thinking about..." and, in this case, she is thinking about mushrooms (like me and my mom in this season 😊 ). I painted a couple of porcini mushrooms and other kind of tiny mushrooms on her head and I chose a shade of green colors for her dress to reminds the moss under the trees inside the forest where I use to go.
It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I use to do every time I paint something new, I took some pics while I was painted her so you can see the steps of the process:
