Hello hivers, an happy Sunday to you all! Yesterday was a nice Saturday for me and my hubby @paolobeneforti because, at first, we met one of our best friend and we spent a little time with him drinking a good coffee and eating some cookies taking about this and that. The second reason to say we spent a nice time yesterday is because we watched all the Christmas lights on along the streets and the squares in my city and, believe me, it was really a fantastic show! I took some pics about that "show" and soon I share them with you, I promise! 😊
In the meantime I want to show you the artwork I just finished to paint:
The titlòe of this piece is "Thinking about the winter" and, as you can see, on the head of the girl I painted some branches of fir tree and (at the lovely suggestion of @mandragora88 ) a tiny gingerbread house. ❤️
It's a mixed media (oil colors and some touches of white ink) painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I use to do for you, I took some pics while I was painted this artwork so you can see the process too:
