The photo below is the result of the first sketch that I will convert into digital form (the first in the theme of this post).
Sorry if the photos are of poor quality, this is because the resolution of the camera to capture images and lighting are not good enough.
After uploading the Photo to the Ibis Paint X Application, I remade the Sketch to see if there are any parts that need to be corrected/removed in the sketch.
After it was satisfied enough, I started to give lineart (although I edited some parts again)
Then I make the color to grayscale first to make sure whether the dark and light are to my liking or not.
If it is appropriate, then the next step is to give the appropriate color to the character (because basically this drawing is the character in the profile photo but with a different hairstyle)
At this stage (which is the final part) I added 1 layer above it and gave it a slightly darker color. After that, I merged the layers together and duplicated them 2 times.
In 2 duplicate layers, I changed the layer type to MULTIPLY and ADD (and reduced the opacity)
Don't forget to also give a background and add an outer stroke to the image so that it gives the impression of a sticker on the image.
That was a bit of a powerful discussion about the step by step from making a sketch and then turning it into a digital drawing (looks different, doesn't it?). In the future maybe I will make something like this again although I don't know when I can do it.
Thank you for visiting and reading this post and see you in the next post.........
Special thanks
