Hello Everyone!!
I'm back again to add another piece to my artwork series. I've drawn this last Monday and thought I can just finish this by the next day, but guess what I've just finished it this afternoon haha. I'm done with the busy week because I'm officially enrolled for this last school year, I'm finally graduating this month of next year... well that is if I won't fail any subject from this point on🤣

ART PROCESS
I started with a rough sketch using a pencil brush, then proceeded by painting the background first to get the mood of it. This is actually the second process, in the first one I was trying to imitate the colors of @bonbonqiqi and also trying to figure out the way she paints. Her art style has a lot of resemblance with Samdoesarts and after visiting her profile on Instagram I found out she's also a fan. Back with my first process, I failed it.
It looks dull.
I gave up imitating and just going in the way I'm comfortable with. I've erased everything except the background and started again, this time I painted step-by-step and a layer on each part. A base layer for the coat then a mask layer for its shadow and just repeating the process to the other parts. I was only using the basic flow brush in Krita for all of the coloring processes.
After painting the large areas I then proceed with smaller details. I also painted the cat here, I changed his expression from serious and cool-lookin' to a scaredy cat who's about to cry, the latter is cuter. I then draw the line art to add texture using the large 4B pencil. In hardlight blending mode, I added the orange shadows on the skin as I've seen with Samdoesarts and it was really effective in bringing her to life.
And here is the final result
THANK YOU!
