Sometimes we should go somewhere far away, sometimes we should lose ourselves in another world out of all the troubles and try to find ourselves differently. Because as we continue to do regular tasks, there is an instability between us, an extra stressful work between us and when we lose a lot of activity.
And for this we should sometimes try to get away from the hustle and bustle by traveling and trying to enjoy some time differently. Just as the mind will be refreshed, the activity will come back in a great way and the mental stress will be reduced a lot.
If you are in a hurry to get somewhere, you will understand how travel affects your mood and how quickly it becomes effective. Although we never try to do this, we are in the midst of a different kind of stress.
So I would say travel is a very useful thing for our life and for maintaining our physical function. I sometimes go away to find something unknown and to find myself back differently. It feels good to me and a different feeling works in me.
