After several weeks of being at home because of illness, finally apart from writing short stories, I can again explore the outdoors. Apart from writing, I really like small adventures. Apart from hobbies, this activity of exploring nature is for me to use as a means to get closer to the natural surroundings.
Since childhood, I have been widely introduced to the natural surroundings by my parents, especially my mother. According to my mother, being close to nature is not only physically healthy but also teaches a very valuable lesson to always be grateful and take care.
In psychology, it is also written that playing with nature can reduce depression or is known as healing. This is true, not just a mere theory. When I am close to nature and away from the crowds of people, I am calmer, my heart is cooler and my mind is clearer.
Below is a photo from the exploration this afternoon.
